Welcome to Ghost42 Trading Cards. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Our Store

Ghost42 Trading Cards sells collectible trading card singles and sealed trading card products. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card game publisher. All game names, card names, images, and logos are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products, Condition & Grading

Card conditions are assessed by us in good faith using industry-standard condition categories (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged). Condition grading is inherently subjective; minor variations within a stated condition category are normal and do not constitute a defect. Product photos may be stock images unless otherwise noted. Every order is inspected and packed under continuous video recording (CCTV).

4. Pricing & Market Fluctuation

Collectible trading card prices fluctuate with market conditions. Prices on our site may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or require additional verification before shipping. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund. Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping costs and estimated timelines are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier; however, if a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us through our Contact Us page and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, subject to the exceptions described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in that policy.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep product listings, inventory, and other site content accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site to violate any law; to infringe intellectual property rights; to transmit malicious code; to scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission; to interfere with the site's operation or security; or to place fraudulent orders or make fraudulent claims. We may refuse service and cancel orders from anyone who violates these Terms.

11a. Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you send us comments, suggestions, reviews, or other materials, you agree that we may use, edit, and publish them without restriction or compensation, and that they will not violate any third party's rights or contain unlawful or malicious content. We may remove content we deem objectionable at our discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or diminished collectible value. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghost42 Trading Cards from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.

These Terms are effective unless terminated by you or us. We may deny access to our site or services without notice if you violate these Terms; obligations incurred before termination survive it.
